Aunty’s Masala Corner is an Indian fusion food trailer, with Kababs at the heart of what we do.

Our upcoming Cottage Food menu will feature rotating weekly Kabab flavors including Butter Chicken / Tikka Masala, Lamb Rogan Josh, and Beef Keema, along with biryani, raitha, mint chutney, and Indian flatbread. Our signature KA-BOWLS will also be part of the lineup, built around our flavorful biryani.

While biryani is an important menu item and KA-BOWLS are a key feature, at the end of the day we’re an Indian fusion food trailer — and Kababs are the star.
